Process Overview

Our process is designed to ensure that outcomes are consistent, repeatable, and governed by defined approvals. Progression happens only when checkpoints are completed.

Institutional Operating Discipline

Stage 1 — Sample Development

Development begins with pattern construction, material validation, and prototype development to confirm the feasibility of the footwear design.

Stage 2 — Prototype Authorization

Once prototype samples are created, they are reviewed to confirm construction integrity, design appearance, and material compatibility before moving forward.

Stage 3 — Order & Pre-Production

completed to ensure readiness for manufacturing.

Stage 4 — Production & Release

Manufacturing proceeds under coordinated supervision, followed by quality verification and release for shipment.
